Cooking Tip: No Mess DIY Recyclable Roasting Pan

Lay out a piece of aluminum foil large about 6 inches larger than what you want to put in it and fold up the top and bottom.

  Fold over the sides the same way and create a kind of box.  Your edges will overlap like this:

Fold over the extra piece.

And there you have it...a roasting pan that can go straight to the recycling when you're finished.
