Balsamic Vinaigrette


Finally, so that I don't have to make my dressing each time I make my signature salad.  Here you go...


In a Mason jar, add:

2/3 c. Balsamic vinegar
2/3 c. olive oil
3 T dijon mustard or more if you like it spicy
1 T honey or more if you want it sweeter
fresh ground pepper

Shake it up and it's ready to go.  Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
